410 Main Street Gets an Upgrade…

Marker Systems has recently renovated the 5th floor of their circa 1856 Main Street property, located in down town Buffalo. Ziphany Industries, former residents of the building’s first floor, are now settling into their newly modernized and renovated space.

In addition to a “greener” workspace, employees can now enjoy a view of Niagara Square, city hall, and the Buffalo skyline. In an effort to utilize the charm of the original structure, years of paint, drywall, drop ceilings and carpeting were torn away for a fresh start. The new space highlights a raised cathedral ceiling with wooden beams, exposed brick walls, all new flooring, new bathrooms and a newly installed modern kitchen displaying a stylish countertop.

In the coming months Marker System employees will be occupying the recently renovated first floor offices, in an effort to take advantage of this unique space in downtown Buffalo.
